CrossFit El Cid’s classes are consistent, start on time, and follow documented procedures to keep you seeing awesome results in a safe, fun environment. We’ve got a little something for everyone - young, old and everything in between! Every exercise is scaled to meet you where you are - so no matter if you’ve never stepped into a gym or you’re already an elite CrossFitter - you WILL get a great workout with us!

  • Foundations

    Our Foundations program is a personalized instructional and informational course designed for the first-time CrossFitter. We take a one-on-one approach to really slow things down and teach you the basic movements/techniques to get you moving safely and efficiently. This program is designed to prepare you for our normal CrossFit classes and allow our coaches to assess your specific goals and needs. The Foundations program is held over five sessions and must be completed before you join our regular CrossFit classes.


  • Group Coaching

    Our CrossFit classes offer group coaching for all skill levels with a personalized hands on touch.  Based on our prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with a fat burning cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every workout is different so you never get bored! We match each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.


  • Individual Coaching

    If you’re ready to kick your training in to high gear and want the most efficient and individualized method to achieve your goals, our Personal Training sessions are a great option for you. Your first few sessions will begin with goal setting and assessments so we can create a program that is totally individualized for you. Sessions are scheduled on your time, and you will have your coach’s undivided attention for the duration. Personal training sessions can be purchased individually or bundled.

  • Personal Coaching

    Personal coaching is for those who want to take their fitness to the next level.  Work one on one with a coach to learn new skills, improve technique, and be held accountable for our fitness.  We’ll work with you to set goals and create a plan to conquer them. Receive extra homework outside of our normal classes to work on weaknesses, lose those last 5 pounds, or gain some muscle.  With some extra work and direct help from our coaches anything is possible.

  • Fit Kids

    Fit Kids teaches children proper movement patterns and techniques to keep them moving safely though their entire lives. Functional fitness allows children to not only excel in outside sports, but to have the strengths and abilities to perform everyday tasks. This class focuses first on mechanics, followed by consistency, and finally intensity. Fit Kids is structured to include a functional movement as well as a workout regimen with emphasis on having fun while getting fit.

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    Our weightlifting coach is a certified National Level 2 Coach who has experience in coaching all levels and ages. The coach is on the floor to observe and teach athletes the proper technique in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk every Monday through Thursday night from 4:30-7:30. Programs vary from beginner to individualized programing for those wanting to compete at the highest levels. Athletes train at the same time to really create a team environment.
